NUU is a food company based in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, that brings to families the food they would have wanted to make at home. We started selling “pão de queijo”, Brazil’s number one bakery product, at national retail (i.e. Carrefour, Extra, Pão de Açucar, Zona Sul). In 2020, we decided to expand our product line and build the first net zero factory for frozen foods in Brazil using the Brazilian root: manioc. Our portfolio is 100% gluten free: cheese bread, tapioca sticks, and tapioca cheese pizza. We value Brazilian biodiversity and want to enlighten consumers and the market of the importance of addressing climate change and biodiversity in the food system.
