I have just reviewed the Action Track 1, Wave 2 synthesis report. A comment on “18. Promote production and consumption of sustainably produced high-quality
proteins”

This item talks only about dairy products – not nearly as sustainable as plant-based proteins and especially soybeans which provide an amino-acid profile equivalent to dairy milk, eggs…
