La creciente demanda de alimentacion out home hace que sea preciso formar a los restaurantes en pautas y matices de sostenibilidad en el marco de una economia circular.

Nuestra Fundacion esta impartiendo formación en este snetido y realizando un programa pilotoa para que 25 restaurantes del area metropolitana de Barcelona implemente pautas que los hagan sostenibles y su oferta de comida saludable
