Food Waste Challenge is an initiative of the Samen Tegen Voedselverspilling foundation and Rabobank. Participation in the challenge is free, easy and takes little time. It offers hotels, restaurants and groups of enterpreneurs (local/regional) option to participate in an 8-week online course with the goal to reduce food waste in their businesses
