Cumple dos disciplina, la primera es la alimentación y en eso llevo más de 15 años, en restaurante, pub, centro de eventos y hospitales; en situaciones de emergencia: desastres naturales o provocados por el mismo hombre, voluntariamente nos dirigimos a la zona cero del desastre para dar la ayuda necesaria y alimentación. Hasta que la ayuda del gobierno llegue a esos puntos y nos retiramos de la misma forma en que llegamos anónimamente se nos ha querido reconocer nuestra ayuda en distintas ceremonias pero nuestro objetivo era uno solo “ayudar con un granito de arena” pero hacer sentir a esa persona que no esta sola y que la ayuda que ellos esperan llegará y cuando esta comienza a llegar ahí recién nos retiramos poco a poco.

La segunda: está dedicada I + D +I +E que es el estudio investigativo desarrollado para innovar en la población de Talca, región del Maule, Chile. Relacionado netamente con la alimentación y nutrición y con esto buscamos herramientas de empoderamiento y emprendimiento en el área agricola, ganadera, pezquera que sea sustentable con el ecosistema territorial.
