Alimentos Tradicionales Indígenas del Pueblo Mocovi

Centro Mocoví Ialek Lav'a, Centro Mocoví Ialek Lav'a, Parlamento de los Pueblos Indígenas del Chaco Americano y Zicosur, Gobierno de la Provincia de Santa Fe-Dirección Provincial de Pueblos Originarios de Santa Fe.

Recuperar, desarrollar, promover, difundir y movilizar la recuperación de los alimentos tradicionales indígenas del Pueblo Mocovi y otros pueblos forestales del Chaco Americano y el Pastizal Pampeano, basados en el Conocimiento Tradicional Indígena y las Tecnologías Ancestrales del uso de los recursos naturales y la biodiversidad. Realizacion de proyectos sobre sistemas alimentarios indígenas junto a las comunidades y organizaciones indígenas. Afianzar la recuperación del los territorios ancestrales del pueblo Mocovi y su conservación.
